Well, probably. You see, to the best of my
knowledge there were no Flugtag events held in Canada in 2002. Furthermore, I
really don't think there were any other Canadian pilots in the San Francisco
Flugtag. I mean, I didn't go around asking for passports or anything but I'm
pretty sure we were the only team that had a maple leaf sticker on the
aircraft. So it is entirely possible that the Canadian National Champion may be
someone else. However, until I hear differently, I am claiming the title.
I don't actually live in Canada right now. I
was born in Canada but am I live in Silicon Valley. The team itself is made up
of people from a number of different countries originally. I think we have representatives
from Canada, China, India and of course the USA. You could probably add a few
more countries if you count everyone who put in effort on the construction of
FliegenPlastik.
So there you have it, if you think you
are the Canadian National Flugtag Champion, send me an email and we'll
